Founder & Principal Advisor

Dr. Emmanuel Udoeyo

Dr. Emmanuel Udoeyo is the founder and principal advisor of Africa Energy Advisory Group. His work is driven by a conviction that Africa's energy resources, when developed responsibly and transparently, can generate significant value for both global investors and African communities.

Dr. Udoeyo established AEAG to address a gap he observed in the market: the need for independent, research-driven advisory services that can help international investors navigate the complexity of African energy markets without the conflicts of interest that often accompany traditional intermediaries.

His approach to advisory work emphasizes due diligence over deal promotion, long-term relationships over transactional engagement, and honest assessment over optimistic projection. AEAG's commitment to integrity reflects Dr. Udoeyo's personal philosophy that trust is earned through consistent, principled practice.

Principles That Guide Our Work

Research Excellence

Every recommendation is grounded in verifiable research and on-the-ground intelligence. AEAG does not rely on assumptions or second-hand information when primary sources are available.

Ethical Business Practice

Integrity is not a marketing point — it is the foundation of how AEAG operates. From conflict-of-interest policies to client confidentiality, ethical practice informs every engagement.

African Development

Dr. Udoeyo believes that responsible energy investment can be a catalyst for economic development across Africa — creating opportunity for communities, strengthening institutions, and supporting the continent's long-term energy security.
